About Nanci

Nanci Panuccio is a published writer and writing coach who helps aspiring writers transform their life experiences into powerful fiction and non-fiction.

She deeply understands the questions, challenges and concerns facing new and emerging writers. Her expertise in coaching was developed through many years as a writing student, a workshop leader, and through working one-on-one with writers from all over the world.

“Writing is a life-long study. In writing we get to rewrite the narrative of our past, to make sense of the world, and ultimately, move towards deeper self knowledge and self acceptance. There’s great redemption in the writing process. For many writers I work with, especially those with confusing or painful pasts, it’s survival,” says Nanci.

In coaching writers from all over the world, she has helped her clients gain deeper awareness of narrative craft, empowering them with a wider range of skills with which to write or revise their stories.

As she helps writers grapple with the pragmatic aspects of craft, she helps them move beyond limiting beliefs about themselves, misconceptions about writing and the writing process, and the mental maps that get in the way of creating their best work.

“As a teacher and coach, my aim isn’t to tell you how to write your story, but to help you through the process,” says Nanci. “I want to inspire you to write more and write joyfully. My greatest hope in working with you is that you develop an ongoing dialogue with your prose—that you engage with it in a spirit of play, experimentation, purpose, and discovery.”
