Always dreamed of writing but don’t know where to begin? Want to enrich a current project? Whether you aspire to write fiction or memoir, Nanci’s workshops will empower you with a fuller range of narrative skills.

Each session combines dynamic discussions on craft with constructive feedback on your work. Reading handouts and writing exercises encourage you to tap into potent story material while focusing on essential elements, including voice, tone, description, dialogue, scene, character, and point of view. As you create and revise your prose, you will banish misconceptions about the writing process, dissolve blocks that keep you from your best work and, ultimately, write the stories that are meant for you.
